This 3-day chimpanzee trekking tour will guide you to the main Impenetrable National Park, known as Nyungwe National Park. This forest is situated in the southwest region of Rwanda. Throughout this tour, you will have the chance to appreciate the beautiful rolling hills during the drive and experience the canopy walk, which offers the finest views of the forest.

Day 1: Pick up, Kigali City Tour & Drive to Nyungwe National Park
Our driver-guide will meet you at the airport or your hotel in Kigali, then take you on a city tour of Kigali, where you will see the Kigali Genocide Memorial dedicated to the Rwanda Genocide and visit the Kimironko local Market.
After that, you will drive to Nyungwe National Park.
Along the way, there will be a stop at the Royal Palace Museum to learn about the Rwandan Kings. Following this, you will proceed to your reserved hotel to check in for dinner and spend the night.

Day 2: Chimpanzees Trekking at Nyungwe National Park
In the morning, after you have breakfast, you will prepare your food. Kigezi Mbogo driver-guide will arrive to collect you from your hotel.
We will take you on a full-day chimpanzee trek, where you will appreciate the hike through the Natural Impenetrable Forest, followed by a special experience.
Our driver-guide will return you to your reserved hotel, where you will wait for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3: Canopy Walk and Drive Back to Kigali
In the early morning, after you have breakfast, you will check out. Then, our driver-guide will arrive to pick you up and take you to the canopy walk, which is a high bridge where tourists can enjoy the best views of the park.
After this special experience, you will return to the driver-guide, who will safely drive you back to Kigali and drop you off at your hotel or the airport for your flight home.
